Card & Cash Only! • Please note that all appointments paid by card will have a 3% transactional fee Guest Policy • Clients are welcome to bring 1 guest with them to their appointment. Due to limited space in the studio, please do not bring additional guests. NEW CLIENTS • A valid card is required to book. • Cards on file are used for cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows. DEPOSITS • All appointments require a deposit to reserve your time. Deposits are applied toward your service total and are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours. LATE/CANCELLATION POLICY • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total. • Clients more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment canceled and charged 100% of the service total. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. • Unpaid balances must be paid before booking again. INFILL POLICY • Fills must be booked within 1–3 weeks with at least 40% of lashes remaining. • Foreign fills may require a consultation or be charged as a full set. • Pricing may vary based on lash retention and lash condition.
