NEW CLIENTS • A valid card is required to book. • Cards on file are used for cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows. DEPOSITS • Non-refundable deposits are required for full sets and foreign fills. • Deposits go toward your service total. • Deposits are forfeited for cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows. LATE/CANCELLATION POLICY • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total. • Clients more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment canceled and charged 100% of the service total. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. • Unpaid balances must be paid before booking again. INFILL POLICY • Fills must be booked within 1–3 weeks with at least 40% of lashes remaining. • Foreign fills may require a consultation or be charged as a full set. • Pricing may vary based on lash retention and lash condition.
